Customer Service Questions - Returns/Repairs

Returns will be honored up to 30 days from purchase date. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise within these 30 days. All returns must also be accompanied by a return authorization number. If you fail to include your RA number on the box, you will incur a $25 processing fee for warranty or non-warranty products.

Should your sound system require service, please contact Discount Audio for instructions on how to get your system repaired. After the first 30 days, your sound system is backed by the Anchor Audio manufacturer’s warranty which states:

Anchor Audio products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of SIX (6) YEARS from the date of original purchase unless listed below:

The following shall be warranted for a TWO (2) YEAR period:

• Batteries in the Beacon, Liberty, MegaVox Pro, and Explorer Pro. (Batteries in the RescueMAN, AN-Mini, and Mini-Vox Lite are not under warranty)
• Little Big Horn shall be warranted for two years.
• PortaCom and ProLink 500 headsets and belt packs.
• Built-in CD and MP3 Players.
• All microphones and belt pack transmitters.

And, all warranties are subject to the following conditions:

• The product must have been purchased from an authorized Anchor Audio Dealer or representative.
• Anchor Audio must perform or authorize all warranty services or warranty is void.
• This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to negligence use, connection to improper power source, misuse, or operated beyond its specifications and limits.
• Warranty shall not apply to batteries (other than those listed above), exterior finish, AC power cords, bulbs, or any other failings due to normal wear.
• Warranty is void when equipment is subjected to adverse temperature, humidity, moisture, or any condition not considered normal environmental conditions.
• This warranty excludes all damages or defects caused by shipping, transporting, or incorrectly packing for shipment.
